Advertising disclosure policy

Every paid placement booked through VERIT carries a disclosure label appropriate to its market before publication.

Korea: an economic-interest label under the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising. Japan: a clear advertisement label, since undisclosed promotion is stealth marketing under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (in force since October 2023). Taiwan: disclosure consistent with the Fair Trade Act. Hong Kong and Singapore: platform disclosure rules apply; local statutes are not yet verified on this site.

Media keep the right to refuse any brief. VERIT never pays for undisclosed placements and never asks media to remove a label.
