Privacy policy

What we collect. Partner application form: channel or newsletter name, URL or handle, market, main channel, audience size, your rates, ad formats you can do, other channels you run, notes, and contact email. Advertiser brief form: company, product URL, work email, budget range, markets, primary goal, whether you run an affiliate programme, and free-text notes. Showcase list request: business name, work email, and role. Portal accounts: email, organisation name, market, channel, and settlement currency. To prevent abuse, each form submission also records your email and a hash of your IP address in our database (Supabase, Singapore); these records are deleted after 24 hours. We do not use tracking cookies and we run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Public AI channel directory. At /network and in /llms-full.txt we list AI channels using information their owners made public on their platforms: channel or creator name, public URL or handle, platform, market, public follower/subscriber/member count with its observation date and source link, and topic. We use it to show advertisers which channels exist and to contact channels about specific briefs. A listing is not a partnership and we do not sell this data. A listing stays up until its owner asks us to correct or remove it, or until we stop tracking the channel. To correct or remove a listing, email verit@project82.kr; we act within 10 business days.

Why we collect it. To reply to you, to prepare a proposal or a brief, to run and settle bookings you accept, and to issue a portal account if you proceed. We do not use these details for any other purpose, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties except the processors below.

Processors. Resend (email delivery, US), Supabase (database, Singapore region), Vercel (hosting, global edge), jsDelivr (web-font delivery, global CDN). Each receives only what is needed to deliver the service. Form submissions arrive as email at verit@project82.kr; the anti-abuse log (email and IP hash) and portal account data are stored in our database.

How long we keep it. Form details: until you ask us to delete them, or three years after our last contact, whichever comes first. Anti-abuse log (email and IP hash): 24 hours. Portal account data is kept while the account is active and for three years after closure for settlement records.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing verit@project82.kr. We act within 10 business days. If you are in Korea you may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr, 국번없이 182).

Transfers abroad. Resend, Inc. (United States) receives your name, email and submitted details at the moment you submit a form, over HTTPS, to deliver the intake and confirmation emails; kept until deletion or three years after last contact. Supabase (Singapore region) stores the anti-abuse log for 24 hours and portal account records on the same terms as above. Vercel Inc. (United States, global edge) processes request data to serve the site. jsDelivr (global CDN) receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads its web font. You may refuse these transfers, but we then cannot receive or answer your submission.

Deletion. When the retention period ends we permanently delete the inbox mail and remove database records by non-recoverable means.

Security. Access is limited to the operator, all traffic is HTTPS, service keys are held server-side only, and access is logged.

Changes. This version was posted on 2026-09-18 and applies from 2026-09-25; until then the version effective 2026-09-16 applies. We post material changes on this page at least seven days before they apply.
